  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the approved timeframe

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days

If approved, you will receive return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Vlogcasting Pro is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
